Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid Subscriptions to the Daily Website Report service ("Service") provided by UNI SOFTWARE GROUP LLC ("Daily Website Report", "we", "us", or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Free plan
Our free plan is free to use. No charges apply, and no refunds are payable.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all fees due, including automatic renewals, until you cancel.
3. 14-day refund on your first paid Subscription
If you are unhappy with the Service, you may request a full refund of your first paid Subscription payment within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial charge. To request this refund, contact us at info@dailywebsitereport.com from the email address associated with your account and include your account details and the reason for your request.
This first-payment refund is available once per customer. Additional Subscriptions, upgrades, and renewals are covered by the sections below.
4. Renewals
Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. If you do not wish to renew, cancel your Subscription before the renewal date; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. If a renewal is charged in circumstances that you believe are unfair (for example, a clear technical error on our side), contact us and we will review the request in good faith.
5. Upgrades, downgrades, and add-ons
Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund the difference for the remainder of the period. Add-ons and one-off charges are non-refundable once the associated feature has been made available to you.
6. Refunds we do not offer
Except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Policy, we do not provide refunds for:
- partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features on any plan;
- Subscriptions after the 14-day window described in Section 3;
- accounts terminated by us for breach of our Terms of Service, including violation of our acceptable-use rules;
- fees paid to third parties (for example, domain registrars or payment processors); or
- issues caused by third-party services, your own configuration, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. How to request a refund
Send a written request to info@dailywebsitereport.com from the email address associated with your account. Include:
- your account email;
- the transaction date and approximate amount; and
- a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable time. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we consider unjustified.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. Where those laws grant you broader refund or cancellation rights than those set out here, those rights will apply.
10. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by reasonable means (for example, by email or through the Service) before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this Policy was last revised.
